If you haven't been up to Valley since January 1st, you should definitely visit!  We have renovated over the holidays, and you will notice that we have combined our main and express counters to make one new, central customer service desk at the main entrance.

The new desk not only looks great, but it will help us serve you better by having all of our expertise behind one counter.  It has also allowed us to re-merchandise around the desk, providing you with more tools and products for your home projects.

Our desk was the culmination of many experts to ensure that it not only functioned well (thanks to a bank of six terminals to help customers), but was designed to look great as well (featuring Parallam, an engineered wood product used for structural support in houses, finished and stained to show it's amazing texture and beauty).  We are sure that this move is going to make Valley even better at serving your needs.
